"I mistakenly left the damper closed on my gas fireplace for two days with a fire burning. A friend brought to my attention that my ceiling looked like it had black marks on it. By then, the whole house had sustained smoke damage. Because we are on propane it made the damage even worse as it leaves an oily black film on everything. Through my insurance, I hired BIMS to come clean and restore my ceiling, walls, pictures, and all the spaces that had damage. They came promptly and cleaned for several days. A day or so later I noticed some things that still had the oily black film and when I called them they again came out promptly and cleaned them. I was pleased with their attitude, promptness, and customer service."
